Puppy Intro

Grooming should be a part of every dog’s usual routine with daily/weekly brushing at home, depending on the breed. Just like socialising your puppy, it is a good idea to get them used to the grooming salon early on. We welcome all puppies from 2 weeks after their 2nd vaccination to 6 months.

There is so much to take in during your first groom, so we take it at your puppy’s pace making sure they are comfortable with all the stages. 

These will include – 

• Time to sniff around the salon and start to feel at home
• Time on the table to take it all in
• A gentle brush through 
• A look at nails
• A warm bath with a gentle shampoo
• Towel & gentle blow dry
• Comb & brush through
• Trim around feet
• Hygiene area clip (if necessary / suitable)
• Trim around eyes & face
• Finished with a puppy friendly cologne
• Unlimited cuddles & lots of fuss!!
